For guests who enjoy active workouts, the Holiday Inn Moscow Sokolniki offers access to a fitness gym.

DONSPORT Sokolniki is a modern wellness center with a swimming pool and a fully equipped gym, bringing together a motivating atmosphere and a space for effective training.

For active sports and recreation, guests of Holiday Inn Moscow Sokolniki have access to:

• a gym and an indoor swimming pool with a relaxation area;

• a 10 x 20 m pool with a depth of 1.5–3.0 m and water temperature of 25°C;

• Finnish sauna 90°C, 10% relative humidity, 2 unisex cabins;

• state-of-the-art fitness equipment.

Fitness Center Opening Hours:

Weekdays: 7 AM – 11 PM
Weekends: 9 AM – 11 PM

*DonSport is not operated by Holiday Inn Moscow Sokolniki. Guest access is regulated by the fitness center’s internal policies.

Children aged 7 and older are permitted in the swimming pool; access to the fitness center is allowed from 16 years old.

The WONG studio, located within the fitness center, is a concept project by the creators of the Moscow brand Your SPAce.

The studio specializes in exquisite Asian face and body massages in a cozy, relaxing environment, performed by top masters from Thailand, each using their own signature technique.
